At Import Bazar, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Return & Refund Policy under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Products that are damaged or broken after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Products showing signs of misuse, alteration, or physical damage will not be accepted.

  • Certain personal or hygiene-related items may not be eligible due to safety reasons.

🔄 Process for Returns

  1. Contact our support team at importbazar1@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your product.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us at the provided return address.

  4. After inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

💡 Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item received was wrong or defective on arrival).

  • We do not accept returns on products that are intentionally damaged or broken after use.

  • Refunds will only be issued once the product passes our quality check.
